Well then, our Total New Body Challenge is for you.

You can work with one of Natural Action’s qualified personal trainers and nutrition coaches to achieve the goal that you want.

The Total New Body Challenge includes 3 personal training sessions per week and full access to our Comprehensive Nutrition Program for a total of 16 weeks. On top of all this, we will give you a well deserved massage when you reach the end of the 16 week program.

During the 16 weeks, we will educate you in regards to nutrition and you will learn the right information from scratch – in one complete, beginning-to-end system that fills in the blanks and puts everything into proper perspective. You will learn everything you need to know to lose fat or gain muscle. You’ll set your goal in the beginning, and you’ll learn exactly what to do to achieve it.

We will tailor an exercise program that fits in with your goals and objectives. We’ll give you all the guidance, support and motivation you need to achieve the results you want.

Our Total New Body Challenge costs $300 upfront with weekly payments of $180 for the course of the program. Weekly payments are required to be paid by direct debit.
